In 1973, Anne wrote Interview With The Vampire in 5 weeks, the novel was published in 1976 by Knopf Publishing Group. Anne has written 23 novels since her first novel in 1973. Two of these novels have already been made into
movie, Exit to Eden was released in October 1994, and Interview With The
Vampire, released in November 1994. Currently, Warner Bros. Studios is in production for motion picture of the novel,
The Queen of the Damned, a release date has not been determined, but it should be
in 2001, and a TV mini-series based on the novel Feast of All
Saints will also be released sometime in 2001. Anne also uses the pen name A. N.
Roquelaure.
