This is the fourth movie of the Dragonball series.
Lord Slug has come to Earth intending to make the planet his
next life-supporting space vessel. He also intends to
use the Dragonballs to make himself eternally young.
It will take everything Goku and the DBZ crew has to fend
off this monster and restore the Earth to its natural
state. As always, it is a classic clash of good vs.
evil with tons of martial arts action.
This film was a massive disappointment! The use of
an American, pop-metal soundtrack only made it seem less
like a genuine DBZ film. Things just seemed too
gimmicky in this film to make it any good. After all,
we've seen these characters in this sort of plot a dozen
times before and it's getting boring. They're just
going to have to do better than this in the future. I
would recommend any of the first three DBZ films, but you
won't find this one in my collection.
Save your cash and start collecting the TV series
instead.
