Rear Window, it's about
time!

I just watched Rear Window for the first time (I think you might
have shown me some or even all of it when I was a kid, I have vague
memories, but I didn't remember much at all... I think you mainly
showed me Vertigo).
Holy crap.
This is one of the best, most intense movies I've ever seen. I was
enthralled throughout. Grace Kelly is stunning and Jimmy Stewart,
doing the entire movie from a wheel chair, was incredible.
This is truly one of the most clear explanations of my love for
film, and one of the best representations of why film is such an
important and magical form of entertainment and sociology.
I am completely and totally in love with this movie. I'll be
bringing it over to you. |
